Lorient Indicative Fire Test Furnace
Our indicative furnace has proven popular for many years, providing customers with real insight into their products’ performance. Using our furnace, the fire resistance properties of building materials can be tested in accordance with AS1530.4 and performance evaluated. An invaluable tool for R&D it allows designs to be refined before committing to expensive final NATA certification testing.
The furnace is ideal for characterising and evaluating the performance of a number of areas including:
- Bushfire FZ resistance
- Fire resistant glazing (including screens)
- Fire Door Hardware
- Fire dampers
